5k - 10k, Week 4, Day 5

For today's session we're starting off with a 1.5km run followed by a 1 minute rest. We'll then go into a 2 minute run then intervals of a 60 second fast run and a 60 second jog. We'll repeat these intervals 4 times, and follow them with a 2 minute rest. To cool down, we'll do a 1.5km jog. Stay strong, you've got this!
