Ingredients
2 whole wheat ciabatta rolls
2 large tomatoes, sliced
1 ball of fresh mozzarella, sliced
Fresh basil leaves
2 tbsp balsamic glaze
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Step 1
Slice the ciabatta rolls and drizzle with olive oil.
Step 2
Layer the tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil leaves on the bottom half of each roll.
Step 3
Drizzle with balsamic glaze and season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Top with the other half of the ciabatta roll and serve.
