Ingredients
100g porridge oats
300ml oat milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
50g dried cranberries
50g fresh or frozen cranberries
1 tbsp maple syrup
Method
Step 1
Combine oats, oat milk, cinnamon, and ginger in a saucepan. Simmer for 5 minutes until creamy.
Step 2
For the compote, simmer cranberries and maple syrup in a separate pan until thickened.
Step 3
Serve the porridge topped with cranberry compote.
