Ingredients
1 large white tortilla
70g hummus
50g cucumber, sliced
50g tomato, sliced
30g red onion, sliced
20g baby spinach
Method
Step 1
Spread the hummus over the tortilla.
Step 2
Add the cucumber, tomato, red onion, and baby spinach on top of the hummus.
Step 3
Roll up the tortilla tightly, slice in half, and enjoy!
