Welcome To Your Home Workout Plan!

Each week, you will follow workouts personally crafted by me and my Move With Molly trainers, Tanaj and Keely, to push your limits and help you achieve your fitness goals.

Your mission? Complete session 1 and 2 at least twice each week. For example:

  • Mon - Session 1

  • Tues - Session 2

  • Wed & Thurs - Rest

  • Fri - Session 1

  • Sat - Rest

  • Sun - Session 2

This consistency will not only help you master the movements but also allow you to push yourself a little harder each time. Whether it's adding an extra rep, increasing the weight, or stepping up the intensity, every small step forward counts.
