Today we're going for a 2km warm up followed by a 1 minute rest. You'll then run for 5 minutes, fast run for 30 seconds, jog for 30 seconds, fast run for 30 seconds then jog for 30 seconds. Repeat this twice then rest for 2 minutes. Cool down with a 1.5km jog. Let's do this!
