Asian-Inspired Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
200g red cabbage, shredded
1 carrot, grated or thinly sliced
1/2 red pepper, thinly sliced
Handful of spring onions, chopped
Handful of fresh coriander, chopped
15ml soy sauce
15ml rice vinegar
5ml sesame oil
5ml honey (or maple syrup for vegan)
5g sesame seeds
Fresh lime wedges for serving
Method
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrot, red pepper, spring onions, and coriander.
Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and honey.
Step 3
Pour dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Step 4
Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
Step 5
Serve with fresh lime wedges for squeezing.
