Ingredients
2 tablespoons chia seeds (30g)
120ml almond milk
2.5ml vanilla extract
7.5ml maple syrup
Fresh berries for topping
Method
Step 1
In a jar or bowl, mix together chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.
Step 2
Stir well to combine.
Step 3
Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 2 hours, until the mixture thickens.
Step 4
Before serving, top with fresh berries.
Step 5
Enjoy chilled.
