Chicken Caesar Salad

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
1 romaine lettuce, chopped
8 cherry tomatoes, halved
50g croutons (gluten free if needed)
25g grated Parmesan cheese
4 tbsp Caesar dressing
Method
Step 1
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill or pan fry until cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Slice into strips.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine chopped lettuce, cherry tomatoes, croutons, and grilled chicken strips.
Step 3
Drizzle Caesar dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
Step 4
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
