Set the timer for 3 mins and then complete exercise Push Ups, then Mountain Climbers and then Twist squat jumps as many times as you can in the time Set the timer for 3 mins and then complete exercise Sumo squat with upright row, then Skaters and then Single leg jacknife crunches as many times as you can in the time. Rest for 1 minute and then go back to the start and repeat all 3 AMRAP's
