Garlic Chicken Stir-Fry with Brown Rice

Ingredients
200g chicken breast, thinly sliced
1 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari)
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 courgette, julienned
50g mangetout
150g cooked brown rice
Method
Step 1
Marinate the chicken slices in soy sauce for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Heat sesame oil in a wok or large frying pan, then stir-fry the garlic and chicken until golden.
Step 3
Add the vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Serve over cooked brown rice.
