Ingredients
1 can (400g) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
Assorted raw vegetables for dipping (carrots, cucumber, peppers, cherry tomatoes)
Method
Step 1
In a food processor, blend chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, and olive oil until smooth.
Step 2
Season with salt to taste.
Step 3
Serve hummus with assorted raw vegetables for dipping.
