Ingredients
100g oats
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
50g dark chocolate (optional, for topping)
Method
Step 1
Mix oats, peanut butter, and maple syrup in a bowl. Press into a lined tray.
Step 2
Melt dark chocolate and spread over the top. Chill for 1 hour before slicing.
