Ingredients
200g cooked chicken breast, diced
150g pasta, cooked and cooled (use gluten-free if needed)
2 tablespoons pesto sauce
Handful of cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cucumber, diced
Fresh basil leaves, torn (for garnish)
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine diced chicken, cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber.
Step 2
Add pesto sauce and toss until well coated.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Garnish with torn basil leaves.
Step 5
