Quorn Bolognese

Ingredients
300g Quorn mince
300g spaghetti
400g tin chopped tomatoes
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 carrot, grated
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
Step 2
Add Quorn mince and cook until lightly browned.
Step 3
Stir in grated carrot, chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, and oregano. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Step 4
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
Step 5
Serve Bolognese sauce over cooked spaghetti.
