Vegan Quorn and Veggie Stir-fry

Ingredients
200g vegan Quorn pieces
1 red pepper, sliced
1 yellow pepper, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
100g broccoli florets
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp ginger, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
Method
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a pan and cook garlic and ginger until fragrant.
Step 2
Add Quorn pieces and cook until heated through.
Step 3
Add vegetables and stir-fry until tender.
Step 4
Pour in soy sauce and stir well. Serve hot.
