Carrot Cake Porridge

Ingredients
40g oats
80ml milk (or dairy free alternative)
1 tbsp sultanas or raisins
30g carrots
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp honey (optional)
Method
Step 1
Add the oats and the milk to the pan with the sultanas and cinnamon, and bring to a simmer, stirring now and then.
Step 2
Grate in the carrot and simmer for about 5 minutes or until all the milk is absorbed.
Step 3
Add a little more milk if it becomes too thick.
Step 4
Add to a bowl and top with the peanut butter and honey if using.
