You know the drill now...It's interval day! Let's warm up with a 1.5km jog then rest for 1 minute. We'll then get into the intervals...an 800m run, 200m fast run, then 30 seconds rest. Repeat this 4 times. Finish off with a 1.5km jog. Give it your all!
