Half Marathon, Week 9, Day 5

It's interval day! Let's warm up with a 1km jog then rest for 1 minute. We'll then get into the intervals of a 3km fast run, rest for 1 minute, another 3km fast run followed by 1 minute rest followed by a final 1km fast run. Stay strong, you've got this!
