Ingredients
100g kale leaves, stems removed
5ml olive oil
Salt to taste
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F).
Step 2
Tear kale leaves into bite-sized pieces.
Step 3
In a bowl, toss kale with olive oil and salt.
Step 4
Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Step 5
Bake for 10-15 minutes, until crispy.
Step 6
Allow to cool before serving.
