Scrambled Eggs, Pepper and Feta

Ingredients
2 eggs
30g feta cheese
½ yellow pepper, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 slice of bread (optional)
Method
Step 1
In a jug, beat the eggs with the salt and pepper.
Step 2
Then, add the oil to a pan on a low-medium heat and pour in the eggs.
Step 3
Cook the eggs for 1 minutes, stirring regularly.
Step 4
Add the peppers and crumble in the feta cheese.
Step 5
Cook for a further 3-5 minutes until the eggs have fully cooked.
Step 6
Toast the bread, pour over the eggs and serve.
