Ingredients

1 slice wholegrain bread

50g smoked salmon

½ avocado, mashed

Juice of ½ lemon

Pinch of black pepper

50g fresh or frozen cranberries

1 tbsp maple syrup

Method

Step 1

Toast the bread and spread mashed avocado on top.

Step 2

Add smoked salmon, a squeeze of lemon juice, and a sprinkle of black pepper.
