Ingredients
1 slice wholegrain bread
50g smoked salmon
½ avocado, mashed
Juice of ½ lemon
Pinch of black pepper
50g fresh or frozen cranberries
1 tbsp maple syrup

Toast the bread and spread mashed avocado on top.
