Turkey and Cheese Roll-Ups

Ingredients
150g turkey slices
50g cheese slices (use dairy-free cheese if needed)
Handful of baby spinach leaves
2 large wholemeal wraps (or gluten-free wraps)
2 tablespoons mustard or hummus (optional)
1/2 red pepper, thinly sliced
Method
Step 1
Lay out the wraps and spread mustard or hummus evenly over them.
Step 2
Layer turkey slices, cheese slices, spinach leaves, and red pepper on top.
Step 3
Roll up tightly and cut in half.
Step 4
Pack in lunch containers with some crunchy veggies or a side salad.
