Ingredients
100g oats, blended into flour
1 ripe banana
200ml almond milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
50g fresh berries for topping
Method
Step 1
Blend the oats into a flour consistency.
Step 2
In a bowl, mash the banana and mix with oat flour, almond milk, baking powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Step 3
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour the batter to form pancakes.
Step 4
Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
Step 5
Serve with fresh berries on top.
