Ingredients
2 ripe avocados
1 tomato, diced
1/4 red onion, finely chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and pepper to taste
Assorted raw vegetables for dipping (carrots, cucumber, peppers)

Step 1
In a bowl, mash avocados with a fork until smooth.
