Welcome to the Stairmaster Programme!

Whether you're a beginner, intermediate, or advanced, we’ve got the perfect workout for you. Choose from 20, 40, or 60 minute sessions based on your fitness level and time available. Each programme includes detailed timings and intensity levels to guide your workout. Feel free to move up a level whenever you’re ready. The 20 minute sessions are also a great option for your 20 minute cardio within the gym plan. Let’s get climbing and take your fitness to new heights!
